Victor Boudreau

Vice President, Business Development

Victor Boudreau joined the m5 group of companies as Vice President in October 2018, following a 14-year career in provincial politics. From 2004 to 2018, he served as the Member of the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly for the riding of Shediac-Beaubassin-Cap-Pelé. During those years, Victor has served as Minister of several portfolios, including Finance, Economic Development, the Regional Development Corporation and Health. He also served as Interim Leader of the Liberal Party and Leader of the Official Opposition from 2010 to 2012.

A Social Sciences graduate from the Université de Moncton in 1992, Victor has accumulated 28 years of experience working at the municipal, provincial and federal levels of government in various roles, such as CEO of the Village of Cap-Pelé and Executive Assistant to both provincial and federal Cabinet Ministers. Over time, he has volunteered for many community-based organizations, such as the Beauséjour Family Crisis Resource Centre, Hospice Shediac, the Shediac Lions Club and the Cap-Pelé Chamber of Commerce. He is a current member of the Shediac Rotary Club. Victor, his wife and their two daughters currently reside in Shediac, NB.
