An advisor to elected officials at all levels, Charlie is a problem solver who knows how to untangle the most complicated political webs.

A former Special Advisor to Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, Charlie is the lead on all our files in Newfoundland and Labrador. As a trusted advisor to the Minister, Charlie was often called upon to help craft government response to issues that impacted Newfoundland and Labrador.
